Perfect Day
Define an ordinary good day clearly enough to make decisions against it.
Faith · strategy · service
That history is not a marketing costume. It is why I look at the big picture before I prescribe another tactic.
The short version
I started working in gyms as a teenager and learned that knowing what to do and doing it under pressure are different problems. I later served as a United States Marine field radio operator, MOS 2531, attached to 3rd Force Reconnaissance Company. That experience shaped my standards for preparation, communication, teamwork, and mission.
After the Corps, I built and worked across fitness, operations, marketing, technology, media, and entrepreneurship. Today I am Founder and CMO of Local Digital Buzz, an author and educator, a husband, and a father of three.
I have also lived through neurological injury, trauma, business setbacks, family hardship, and seasons when grit alone was not enough. I do not need the polished version of your situation. I need the truthful one.
My work is grounded in Christian faith, prayer, Scripture, stewardship, personal responsibility, compassion, and respect for your agency. Faith is never a pressure tactic, and experience is not a substitute for a license I do not hold.
How the work moves
Define an ordinary good day clearly enough to make decisions against it.
Put practical requirements around that life: time, money, health, skills, support, and boundaries.
Translate the priority into a schedule, an owner, a definition of done, and a plan for hard days.
Set the date now. Look at what happened, tell the truth, learn, and adjust without drama.
What I can—and cannot—do
Clarify decisions, identify patterns, organize priorities, build practical plans, improve business systems, apply AI responsibly, and prepare stronger questions for the right specialists.
I do not replace licensed medical, mental-health, legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, or emergency professionals. I will tell you when the responsible next move is a qualified referral.
Truth before tactics. People before platforms. Stewardship before scale. Action before perfection. No bullshit (cow dung), no fake scarcity, and no guaranteed miracles.
