Finances
Provision, debt, work, business, opportunity, stewardship, security, and the fear that there will not be enough.
Mentor · Strategist · Marine · Builder
Most people arrive carrying pressure in one of three places: finances, health, or relationships. The visible problem may be different, but the deeper need is often the same—to lay down the false burden, recover a clear identity, and choose the next faithful step. Start with an assessment or bring the real situation into a strategic conversation.
THREE PRESSURES. MANY DIFFERENT STORIES.
After 30 years in ministry and decades of coaching, counseling conversations, business strategy, and service, those are the three areas people bring up most—for themselves or for someone they love. Each contains dozens of subcategories, but the pressure usually lands in one of these places.
Provision, debt, work, business, opportunity, stewardship, security, and the fear that there will not be enough.
Energy, weight, pain, habits, aging, recovery, mental strain, and the desire to feel capable again.
Marriage, family, parenting, loneliness, trust, boundaries, forgiveness, belonging, and being understood.
Different symptoms. Different seasons. The same human longing for peace, meaning, security, love, and freedom.
THE PROBLEM BENEATH THE PROBLEM
Scripture names the recurring struggle as the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. Ecclesiastes calls the endless chase vanity. We want relief, recognition, control, pleasure, certainty, or success—then discover that getting what we wanted did not teach us how to be at peace.
That is the human condition. The answer is not another heavy yoke, a thousand videos, or a hundred steps that make an overwhelmed person feel further behind. It begins with truth, identity, perspective, and one responsible action.

Take a 30,000-foot view of your life. The Freedom Clarity Assessment helps you see what is supporting your freedom, where you feel stuck, and what deserves your attention next across faith, habits, health, relationships, purpose, work, contribution, and finances.

COMMON SENSE. SCRIPTURE. PRACTICAL ACTION.
My role is often to help change the perspective from which you are viewing the problem. We name what is true, separate the burden from your identity, decide what matters now, and turn that clarity into an action you can actually complete.
No thousand-video curriculum. No hundred-step burden. Just clear perspective, simple practice, and reliable forward motion.

Entity & company facts
Joshua T. Fleming is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, trained in Christian counseling, fitness and body-transformation coach with decades of experience, author, entrepreneur, business strategist, and Founder and CMO of Local Digital Buzz in Panama City Beach, Florida. He helps individuals, veterans, founders, and service businesses identify root problems and build practical next steps across personal growth, faith, health, relationships, marketing, operations, capital readiness, publishing, and legacy.
Built, broken, and rebuilt
Joshua started working in gyms at 14, managed a major health club while still young, served as a United States Marine with 3rd Force Reconnaissance Company, and went on to build and advise across fitness, construction, home services, marketing, education, insurance, health, finance, nonprofit work, and media.
I am a husband and father of three, fitness and body-transformation coach with decades of experience, trained in Christian counseling, entrepreneur, author, percussionist, and lifelong student of why people and organizations get stuck.
My story is not a polished corporate résumé. It includes wins, neurological injury, trauma, business setbacks, family hardship, rebuilding, faith, and the hard lessons that come from carrying responsibility when the plan falls apart.
That range is the point. I help people see the big picture—the human, spiritual, commercial, operational, and physical realities behind the visible problem.
Why I work this way
I started working in gyms as a teenager and learned early that knowing what to do and actually doing it are two different problems. Later, I became a United States Marine and served as a field radio operator, MOS 2531, attached to 3rd Force Reconnaissance Company. That role reinforced something I still believe: communication is not successful because a message was sent. It is successful when the right person receives it, understands it, and can act.
After the Marine Corps, I built and worked across fitness, business operations, marketing, technology, media, and entrepreneurship. I also lived through injury, business setbacks, personal loss, family hardship, and seasons when determination alone was not enough. I know what it is like to carry responsibility while the plan falls apart.
That is why I do not want the polished version of your story. I want to understand the person carrying the responsibility, the system surrounding the problem, the attempts that failed, and the life the solution is supposed to support.
My work is grounded in Christian faith, prayer, Scripture, discernment, stewardship, personal responsibility, compassion, and respect for your agency. I will challenge you, but I will not use faith to pressure you into buying something or pretend I can promise a spiritual, financial, medical, business, or family outcome that is not mine to control.
My definition of wealth is being spiritually, emotionally, and physically healthy enough to go where I want, when I want, with whom I want, for however long I want.
A multidiscipline résumé
I started working in gyms as a teenager, served as a Marine field radio operator attached to 3rd Force Reconnaissance Company, and went on to build across fitness, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship. I have also lived through injury, loss, business setbacks, and seasons when the old map simply did not work anymore.
Entered the fitness industry as a teenager, later becoming a trainer, gym operator, program creator, and guide through decades of fitness and body-transformation work over 25-plus years.
Served as a field radio operator, MOS 2531, attached to 3rd Force Reconnaissance Company—an experience that shaped his standards for readiness, communication, teamwork, discipline, and mission.
Built, operated, partnered with, or advised ventures in fitness, construction, home services, real estate, marketing, technology, media, insurance-related services, and education.
Leads Local Digital Buzz, develops books and transformation frameworks, supports veteran initiatives, and helps people and companies turn complicated challenges into an executable next move.
Vision · Clarity · Change
This is the backbone of my mentoring work. We define the destination, understand what it requires, and turn it into a rhythm you can actually use.
Describe an ordinary good day in enough detail to make decisions against it: faith, family, health, work, service, peace, adventure, and what “enough” means.
Put numbers and practical requirements around that life—money, time, energy, support, skills, boundaries, recovery, and responsibility.
Choose the priority, schedule the action, define completion, plan for a difficult day, and set a date to review what actually happened.
The goal is not a perfect worksheet. The goal is a life and business that stop fighting each other.
