Privacy Policy
How information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected across this website, assessments, communications, and connected services.
Effective September 18, 2026
References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Joshua T. Fleming, Local Digital Buzz where applicable, and the people or providers supporting these services. This policy is a general disclosure and should be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel before deploying additional tracking or data-enrichment technology.
Campaign links and sharing
Marketing links may contain campaign tags such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. The site carries these tags through internal navigation and includes them with a request you choose to submit, so the source of that request can be identified. This feature does not add cookies or browser storage. Share buttons create a public page link with the sharing channel and campaign; they do not include your name, contact details, answers, or private results. Social and messaging providers control how they retrieve, cache, and display link previews.
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company, goals, interests, appointment details, questionnaire responses, assessment answers, messages, and any information you voluntarily submit. Avoid submitting government identifiers, passwords, financial credentials, medical-record numbers, or confidential information about another person.
Assessment and personalized-report data
Current assessments calculate results in your browser and keep personal answers out of the page URL. The Freedom Clarity Assessment stores its draft and report in local browser storage on your device for up to 30 days so you can complete or reopen it without creating an account. Earlier category tools may use session storage that ends with the browser session. Anyone with access to your unlocked device and browser profile may be able to view locally stored results.
The Freedom Clarity Assessment sends no personal profile to us unless you deliberately select “Send my profile summary to Joshua.” If selected, the disclosed contact information, category scores, DISC-inspired blend, selected goals, and challenge are transmitted by our form provider to our designated inbox. A written faith story or testimony is excluded unless you separately authorize its transmission. Browser expiration or deletion cannot remove a summary you chose to send, screenshots, downloads, printed copies, emails, backups, or copies made outside our control.
Information collected automatically
Depending on your privacy choices and applicable law, we and our providers may collect IP address, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, referring and exit pages, page views, clicks, session activity, campaign identifiers, cookie or device identifiers, and inferences about business or consumer interests. Essential technologies may operate to provide security, load pages, remember privacy choices, and support requested functionality.
Cookies, pixels, visitor identification, and DataMoon
We plan to use DataMoon and may use other analytics, advertising, identity-resolution, data-enrichment, CRM, and measurement providers. DataMoon describes services that may identify otherwise anonymous website visitors, associate devices or activity with consumer or business profiles, enrich records, determine intent or audience attributes, and activate data through connected marketing platforms.
Where required, optional analytics, visitor-identification, enrichment, advertising, and cross-context measurement technologies will not be activated until you make a privacy choice. You can select “Essential only,” accept optional technologies, change browser settings, use supported opt-out preference signals where applicable, or reopen the site’s Privacy Choices control. The exact information and recipients may change when a provider is configured; we will update this policy before materially expanding collection.
Purposes
- Provide requested pages, assessments, reports, appointments, communications, and services.
- Respond to inquiries and personalize follow-up.
- Operate, secure, debug, measure, and improve the website.
- Understand audiences, attribute campaigns, enrich CRM records, and conduct marketing where permitted.
- Detect fraud, protect rights and safety, comply with law, and maintain business records.
Disclosure and “sale” or “sharing”
We may disclose information to hosting, analytics, communications, CRM, scheduling, payment, security, advertising, professional-service, data-enrichment, and visitor-identification providers; business partners when directed; authorities when legally required; or parties to a legitimate business transaction. We do not claim that every disclosure is legally exempt from definitions such as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where applicable law gives you an opt-out right, contact us and use available privacy-choice controls.
Sensitive information
Assessment prompts may invite discussion of health, faith, family, finances, military transition, or personal challenges. Providing that information is voluntary. Do not use the site for medical records, privileged legal communications, protected psychotherapy notes, financial credentials, or emergency information. This website is not represented as HIPAA-compliant, a law firm portal, a bank, or a clinical record system.
Retention
Assessment links use the 30-day display period described above. Other inquiry, CRM, scheduling, transaction, consent, security, and business records may be kept as reasonably necessary for their disclosed purpose, legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, and legitimate operations. Retention periods vary by record and provider.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no URL, browser, device, email, social network, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. Do not treat a personalized report URL as encrypted or confidential storage.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to us, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, limit, or obtain a copy of information, and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, or marketing. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. Use the contact form with “Privacy Request” and describe the right you want to exercise. We may verify identity and retain limited records of the request.
Children
The site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13 or intended to knowingly collect their personal information. Do not submit information about a child through an assessment.
International visitors
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate. Visitors outside the United States should not assume U.S. practices satisfy every local requirement.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as technology, providers, services, and laws change. The effective date identifies the current version. Submit privacy questions or requests through the website’s contact or strategy-call form and label the message “Privacy Request.”
