Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. The site is not designed to collect information from children. Do not submit information about another person unless you have the legal authority and an appropriate reason to do so.

Assessment and report use

Assessments are voluntary educational self-reflection tools. They are not validated clinical instruments, diagnoses, credit decisions, professional evaluations, or guarantees. Answer only what you are comfortable placing into a URL that can be saved or shared. Never submit passwords, government identifiers, financial credentials, medical-record numbers, or confidential information belonging to another person.

Private links and thirty-day expiration

A personalized report is reconstructed from data encoded into its URL and from temporary browser storage. Treat the URL like a private document link. Anyone with access may be able to read it. Personalized report data is designed to stop displaying 30 days after creation. That does not erase screenshots, emails, downloads, printouts, browser history, social posts, platform caches, backups, or copies controlled by others.

Sharing responsibilities

When you use email, print, native sharing, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or another sharing feature, you direct the disclosure. Review the report before sharing, select recipients carefully, and use appropriate platform privacy settings. Do not post defamatory, harassing, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, confidential, or sensitive content.

AI-supported resources

AI-generated or AI-assisted responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your circumstances. Verify important information independently. AI tools do not replace licensed professionals or human judgment.

Prohibited conduct

• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, disruption, malware delivery, reverse engineering, or circumvention of security or privacy controls.
• Using the site for unlawful discrimination, stalking, harassment, fraud, exploitation, or decisions requiring regulated professional judgment.
• Misrepresenting scores, testimonials, credentials, affiliation, or outcomes.
• Uploading or sharing content you do not have the right to use.

Suspension and changes

We may limit or terminate access, remove content, or change functionality when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or policy enforcement.

Joshua Fleming has completed Christian counseling education and has extensive experience in fitness, nutrition education, body transformation, business strategy, mentoring, and advocacy. He is not licensed or currently credentialed as a therapist, mental-health counselor, psychologist, physician, dietitian, nutritionist, personal trainer, attorney, accountant, lender, broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, or other regulated professional. Descriptions of education, experience, mentoring, coaching, or past client outcomes must not be interpreted as active professional licensure.
